Maria Hogate

Maria Hogate is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in labor compliance and employee relations. Currently serving as a Sr. Labor Compliance Specialist at O-I since September 2022, Maria acts as a liaison for the interpretation and implementation of collective bargaining agreements across US and Canada operations. Previous roles include a Labor Relations Specialist and Employee Relations Specialist at Daimler Trucks North America, where Maria provided counsel on personnel policies and supported HR investigations and grievance resolutions. Earlier experience includes positions as a Disability Coordinator and various roles focused on leave of absence management at Novant Health, as well as an HR Generalist at Aserca Airlines. Maria holds a Bachelor’s degree in Labor Relations from Universidad de Carabobo and has furthered education with coursework in English as a Second Language from Miami Dade College.
