Paul Lemay

Paul LeMay currently serves as the Global Sales Director at O-I, leading commercial negotiations for strategic global deals and overseeing key accounts, achieving the highest sales growth in the company from 2020 to 2024. Prior experience includes directing packaging procurement at The J.M. Smucker Company and holding multiple executive roles at Bemis Company, Inc., including operations, supply chain, and Six Sigma leadership. Paul LeMay also gained substantial experience at General Electric, overseeing sourcing and operations across various divisions. An engineering officer in the U.S. Army, Paul LeMay has also worked as an adjunct math professor at multiple institutions. Paul LeMay earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics from John Carroll University.
