Phil Rausch

Phil Rausch currently serves as the Engineering Manager at Lilja Corp. since March 2025. With extensive experience at O-I spanning from March 1998 to the present, Phil Rausch has held multiple leadership positions, including Materials and Infrastructure Technology Lead, Magma Facilities and Integration Squad Leader, and Manager of North America Regional Engineering. Additionally, Phil Rausch managed the Project Management Office and Capital/Expense Administration teams, and led a multi-discipline engineering team as Corporate Engineering Resource Manager. Phil Rausch began his career as a Civil/Structural Engineer at Avca Corporation from June 1994 to March 1998. Phil Rausch holds both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Civil Engineering from The University of Toledo, completed between 1991 and 1994.
