Stephanie Andert

Stephanie Andert is an accomplished People and Culture Manager with extensive experience in human resources and behavioral care. Currently at O-I since July 2021, Stephanie previously held roles at Cargo Largo as a Human Resources Generalist and at Alternative Behavioral Care, where responsibilities included leading group therapy sessions and facilitating family support events. With a foundational career at Lindenwood University, Stephanie was instrumental in founding the Staff Involvement Committee, mentoring students, and organizing impactful events, demonstrating a strong commitment to academic success and community engagement. Stephanie holds a Master's degree in Business Administration with a Human Resources emphasis and a Master of Arts in Professional Counseling, complemented by a Bachelor's in Psychology from the University of Central Missouri.
