Tywan Phillips

Tywan Phillips is an experienced quality assurance professional currently serving as Assistant Quality Assurance Manager at O-I since February 2022. Previously, Tywan held roles as Quality Assurance Supervisor and Quality Assurance Coordinator at Refresco from December 2020 to February 2022. From May 2012 to January 2020, Tywan worked as QHSE Manager at KENCO ENGINEERING, INC., where skills in establishing and maintaining a Quality Management System aligned with ISO9001 were developed. Early career experience includes a position as Crew Supervisor at Two Scots Moving, focusing on customer service and cash handling from March 2008 to August 2011. Educational credentials include a Quality Master Technician degree in Quality Control Technology/Technician from Tulsa Community College, completed between 2017 and 2019.
