Will Lamb is a Plant Reliability Manager at O-I Glass, with extensive experience in batch and furnace operations and refractory hot repair. They have a robust background in overseeing critical plant operations in a 24/7 environment, focusing on delivering quality results in glass container production. Will has developed expertise in various areas including Operations Management, Lean Manufacturing, and Value Stream Mapping, and holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Danville Community College.
