Greg Bertz

Greg Bertz is the Senior Manager of Site Reliability at ServiceTrade. Greg has over 20 years of experience in the IT field, with a focus on database administration and management. Greg has worked for companies such as Bandwidth Inc, Netsertive, EBSCO Publishing, Western Union Payment Services, and Aptegrity. Greg has a proven ability to create, understand, and implement business requirements for new systems and design enhancements to existing systems in an agile environment. In their current role at ServiceTrade, they manage the DBA team and is responsible for the design and development of systems used for managing data, as well as maintaining and monitoring systems.

Greg Bertz received their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/MIS from Montclair State University. Greg also has a certification from MariaDB Corporation in MariaDB Certified Database Administrator 10.3 Associate.

Greg Bertz reports to Ramin Shahriari, VP, Engineering. They are on a team with Michael Caldwell - Senior Software Engineer, Jason Gilliam - Senior Software Engineer, and Tommy Evett - Software Engineer.
