Brandon Beck

Brandon Beck, MBB, is a seasoned professional in operational excellence and continuous improvement, currently serving as Director of Global Operational Excellence at PCI Pharma Services since 2023. Previously, Brandon held the position of Director, CI Business System Partner at Owens & Minor from 2021 to 2023 and served as Global Lean & Transformation Leader at Welbilt Inc. between 2018 and 2022. As a Senior Consultant and Master Black Belt with Adonis Partners from 2016 to 2018, Brandon directed Lean Six Sigma projects, enhancing operational efficiency for medium-sized businesses. Brandon's experience also encompasses leading transformative initiatives at Newell Brands and building continuous improvement programs at Recall. Earlier roles include managing distribution and operational excellence at Cardinal Health and rolling out Six Sigma at Cintas. Brandon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business from Arkansas State University.
