Kirill Lazarenko

Kirill Lazarenko has extensive work experience in the field of architecture and software development. Kirill is currently serving as the Chief Architect of the direction (stream) at VTB Bank (Europe) SE, where they lead the architecture of various projects related to SME transactional products, service packages, tariff management, complex price proposals, and SME loyalty programs. In this role, they are responsible for managing a group of stream architects and ensuring that the solution architecture is developed and approved by the Bank Architectural Committee.

Prior to their current position, Lazarenko worked as the Chief Architect (remote work) at Aurea Software, where they developed a process transformation for acquisitioned software products. Kirill was responsible for implementing the company's standard "Ship Every 7" (SE7) process, which aimed to have a potentially shippable release weekly through quality control automation and build/deployment automation.

Lazarenko also served as the Product Chief Architect at Sberbank Technology, where they led the technical aspects and architecture of the Platform integration layer for Sberbank Unified Front System (UFS), the largest bank in Central and Eastern Europe. Kirill designed and developed key functionality for the integration layer.

Additionally, Lazarenko has held roles as a Solution Architect at Renaissance Credit Bank and OTKRITIE Bank, where they contributed to the design and implementation of various solutions. Kirill also worked as a System Architect at RB Technologies, where they designed an accounting engine for Unicredit Bank Russia.

Earlier in their career, Lazarenko worked as a Project Manager at LANIT and as a self-employed software developer. Kirill successfully implemented several projects on Java and .Net platforms, including a retail system for Trade Finance Bank. Kirill also worked as a Java Developer and Team Leader at Trade Finance Bank, where they designed and developed a branch front system with CRM functions.
