Miro Zadro is an experienced financial professional with a strong background in leadership roles within prestigious banking institutions. Currently serving as a Liquidator at OWH SE i.L. since January 2024, Miro previously held similar positions at VTB Bank (Europe) SE and has extensive experience as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Financial & Risk Officer across various divisions of VTB Bank (Europe) SE from 2020 to 2023. Prior roles include Executive Director at SMBC Nikko Capital Markets Europe GmbH and RBS, where Miro oversaw finance operations in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Ireland.
