Benjamin Webster

Benjamin Webster has had a long and successful career in the finance and technology industries. Benjamin began their career in 1996 as a Registered Representative at Merrill Lynch, where they were part of a retail investment team that eventually managed over $1 billion of high net worth accounts. In 1999, they joined Avisan Design Group as VP of Sales, where they generated over $1 million in ongoing annual revenues and secured multiple high-profile clients. In 2002, they founded Quality Investments, a third party marketer for hedge funds, where they were responsible for securing hedge fund clients and raising capital for their investment products. In 2008, they co-founded SecondVoice Inc, providing second lines and phone numbers for cell phones, where they were responsible for raising working capital, establishing distribution partnerships, and developing marketing and sales programs. In 2010, they joined Newport Capital Distressed Assets as SVP of Business Development & Capital Markets, where they were responsible for securing capital to operate the company and establishing investment partnerships with real estate operator platforms. In 2011, they joined Citivest Inc. as SVP of Capital Markets, where they were responsible for capital raising for various projects and investment strategies. Finally, in 2012 they became CEO of OWL ESG, Inc., where they help advisors, investors, and asset managers integrate environmental, social, and governance (ESG) data and metrics into their investment solutions.

Benjamin Webster attended the University of California, Los Angeles from 1991 to 1996 and earned a Bachelor's degree in Physics.
