Shams Albayati

Shams Albayati has been working in the Human Resources field since 2014. Shams began their career as a People and Strategy Consultant at The Cambie Malone's Group, where they were later promoted to Head of People and Strategy. Shams also held the position of Human Resources Manager and Marketing Manager during their time at the company. In 2021, Shams joined owl.co as Director of People and Culture, and was later promoted to Head of People & Culture.

Shams Albayati received a Bachelor's Degree in Strategic Human Resources Management from Capilano University between 2010 and 2014. In 2019-2020, they completed a Human Resources Management Diploma from Ashton College. In October 2020, they obtained a Human Resource Professional (CPHR) certification from CPHR BC & Yukon.
