Katherine Popp

Katherine Popp has a varied and extensive work history. Starting in 2010, they worked at Cable News Network (CNN) as a Library Assistant, where they assisted with delivering footage to editors and journalists, managed video library archives, and was eventually promoted to the role of Archivist. In 2012, they joined ARINC INDUSTRY ACTIVITIES, a program of SAE ITC, as a Standards Production Associate, supporting aviation groups in creating industry standards and facilitating organization activities and communications. In 2020, they became an Associate Manager of Marketing Communications at ACell, Inc. and was responsible for managing multiple franchise projects, selecting a new project management software system, and coordinating with various departments. Currently, they work as a Project Coordinator at Owl Cyber Defense, supporting products within the Professional Services landscape and assisting Project Managers with project organization, stakeholder meetings, and adherence to deadlines.

Katherine Popp has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Management Information Systems from Towson University/University of Baltimore. Katherine'sundergraduate degree is a Bachelor of Arts (BA) with a major in English Language and Literature, General, and a minor in Professional Writing from Winthrop University. In addition, they have obtained certifications as a Lean Six Sigma White Belt from Aveta Business Institute and as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.
