Andrew Kou has over 13 years of professional work experience. Andrew began their career in 2007 as a Senior Software Developer at Taxcient Inc. Andrew then moved to Avalara in 2010, where they served as a Senior Software Developer. From 2011 to 2014, they worked at Cars.com in various roles including Lead Software Developer, Senior Software Developer, and Software Developer. Andrew then joined Nativo Inc. in 2014 as a Lead Software Developer. In 2016, they took on the role of Lead Software Developer at Giantsource Inc., and also worked as Director of Engineering at RealtyMogul. In 2019, they became the Director of Engineering at Lument and in 2021 they took on the role of VP of Engineering at OWL Analytics. Most recently, they were appointed as Chief Technology Officer at OWL ESG, Inc.
