Karsten Shumway

Karsten Shumway is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program management, technology, and organizational leadership. Currently serving as Director of TPM at Owlet Baby Care, Karsten oversees strategic programs and drives initiatives in a fast-paced environment. As the Owner & Operator of Undersaddle LLC, Karsten fosters connections between humans and horses through lessons and trail riding. Previous roles include Senior Program Manager at NICE inContact, where Karsten managed complex programs and drove process improvements, and Senior Director of PMO, Product Management & QA at Sling TV, leading a large team and implementing CI/CD and DevOps best practices. Further experience includes leadership roles at Cricut and Safeway, along with foundational positions at Sybase Inc, Magellan Health Services, Transwestern General Agency, and Gentner Communications. Karsten holds an Associate's degree from Salt Lake Community College in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services.
