Pam Lauder

Pam is currently the Head of Finance and is responsible for overseeing the overall financial operations of the organisation and supporting short-term and long-term financial planning and reporting.

Pam brings a breadth of experience to Owlstone Prior to joining she worked at Johnson & Johnson Innovation where she supported the global business development teams to assess and execute a number of high-value deals and partnerships in Europe, the US and Asia, across the pharmaceutical, medical device and consumer sectors. Prior to this Pam held a number of finance roles at Janssen Pharma UK & Ireland leading the commercial finance team and partnering with sales, marketing and value access teams to launch oncology products in the UK and Ireland.

Pam has a wide range of financial and business experience in commercial finance, finance transformation projects, financial modelling, SOX Compliance, and long-term strategic planning. She is a CIMA qualified accountant and holds a degree in Biochemistry from Imperial College London.
