Katie Green

Katie Green is an accomplished brand strategist and entrepreneur with extensive experience in communications, having founded and led multiple organizations. Currently serving as Founder and Co-CEO of &OR Collective since 2021, Katie has established a sustainable lifestyle brand focused on innovative eco-friendly practices. As the Founder and Brand Strategist of August Strategy Inc., Katie collaborates with progressive brands to enhance their strategic communications. Katie is also a member of the Board of Directors for Own The Podium, appointed by the Federal Government, where strategic investment in national sport organizations is prioritized. Previous roles include Senior Director of Global Communications at ALDO Group and Director of Communications for L'Oréal Canada, equipped with a proven track record in brand management and crisis communications. Educational credentials include an undergraduate degree in Communications from the University of Ottawa.
