Frank Luisi

Frank Luisi has a professional background spanning over 15 years, with a focus on financial services. Frank currently holds the position of Vice President of New Markets/Ventures and Operations at Own Up, a role they obtained in October 2018. Prior to this, from September 2015 to August 2018, they served as the Head of Personal Loan Division and Product Owner at Laurel Road.

Before joining Laurel Road, Frank worked as a Consultant at Student and Personal Loan Financial Services from January 2015 to September 2015.

From December 2012 to November 2014, they held the position of Mutual Fund Portfolio Manager at The GL Group. During the same period, they also served as the VP of Consumer and Education Loans.

Frank began their career in 2005 at Graduate Leverage, where they held several positions, including Manager of Advisory Services from January 2009 to August 2009, Manager of Private Loan Programs from January 2006 to December 2008, and Financial Analyst from May 2005 to December 2005.

Before joining Graduate Leverage, they gained experience as a Summer Associate at Credit Suisse in 2010, within the Private Bank division.

Frank Luisi received a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics from Colgate University, where they studied from 2001 to 2005. Frank later pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Asset Management from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, attending from 2009 to 2011. In addition to their academic achievements, Frank has obtained various certifications, including being a Licensed Property and Casualty Producer in several states such as PA, FL, TN, NC, SC, OH, MI, CO, ME, NH, CT, RI, IL, CA, TX, GA, VA, MD, DC, WI, IN, MN. Frank is also a Licensed Title Insurance Producer in several states, including PA, FL, TN, MI, CO, and AZ.
