Anusha Rajan

Anusha Rajan is a seasoned engineering leader currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Owner.com, where the focus is on product development for restaurant owners, particularly emphasizing retention and NPS. Previously, Anusha worked at Turo as an Engineering Manager, overseeing growth initiatives across various platforms, and founded Roar, a career coaching app for women in tech that gained 200 users. Anusha's entrepreneurial journey includes time as a self-employed individual working on startups while completing an MBA at IESE Business School. Earlier experience includes establishing a data team at Checkr, Inc. and ensuring the promotion of women in engineering through resource groups and events. Anusha is also a member of the Founder Institute.
