Gracie Binder

Gracie Binder is a seasoned operations executive with extensive experience in leadership roles at Fivestars and currently serves as Vice President of Operations for North America at SumUp. At Fivestars, Gracie held several key positions, including VP of Operations and Senior Director of Operations, where notable achievements included developing the company’s first product catalog, launching an online learning series, and creating an inbound lead generation process. As a founding employee, Gracie significantly contributed to the company's early growth, expanding the customer base from 5 to over 800 in the initial year. Gracie holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from Santa Clara University and has a strong background in customer experience and product marketing.
