Kristin Pitman

Kristin Pitman is a seasoned professional in customer success, currently serving as the VP of Customer Success at AptEdge since September 2025. With extensive experience in the field, Kristin has previously held various leadership roles at Meltwater from April 2008 to September 2025, culminating as Global Client Success Director, where responsibilities included managing a large team and overseeing significant client portfolios while driving substantial revenue. Kristin also played a key role in establishing Meltwater's Austin office as a regional hub for client success. In addition to professional achievements, Kristin is a member of Pavilion since December 2021. Kristin holds a Bachelor's degree in Corporate Communication from The University of Texas at Austin, obtained in 2007.
