Lynnette Fritz, SPHR has over 30 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on leadership roles. Currently, they serve as a Board Member at Poblocki Paving Corp. Prior to this, they held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at OwnersEdge, Inc, a 100% employee-owned ESOP holding company. Lynnette was also the VP of Human Resources at CC&N before it became an affiliate of OwnersEdge. Lynnette's previous experience includes roles such as Director of Human Resources at Rausch Sturm, Dedicated Computing, and ANR Advance Transportation Company. Lynnette began their career as a Project Assistant at Milwaukee Regional Medical Center & Flight for Life and worked as a Personnel Assistant at Cornwell Personnel Associates. Lynnette's diverse experience in various industries showcases their expertise in the field of human resources.

Lynnette Fritz, SPHR, obtained a BA degree in Communications/Public Relations with a Minor in HR Management from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater in the years 1987 to 1990. Additionally, they received their Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) Certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute.
