Stephanie English

Stephanie English has held a variety of roles in the past decade. In 2009, they started as a Team Member at Target, where they handled returns, exchanges, and damaged merchandise, as well as printing photos and assisting guests with photo kiosks. In 2013, they were an Assistant at Emport, LLC, and an Intern at Fisher Architecture, where they designed and executed a layout for displaying project models and presentation boards, and built a scale model of an ongoing project. From 2014 to 2015, they were a Hospitality Coordinator at Capital Factory and a Shopper Support at Instacart. In 2015, they were an ALAN Chat Support at OwnLocal, where they scheduled appointments for customers, reduced lead wait times, and asked probing questions of leads to understand their needs. Stephanie also worked as a Data Contractor at OwnLocal, overseeing the retrieval of thousands of business records and verifying data with official records. In 2016, Stephanie became a Real Estate Sales Agent at Lifespace Real Estate, where they answered phone communication from potential and existing clients, advised them on issues such as price strategy, market conditions, and transaction steps, and advertised properties to the public. Finally, in 2018, they became an Off-site Team Member at Wigle Whiskey Distillery, where they assisted with planning and implementation of a variety of events, greeted customers, and used product knowledge and sales abilities to drive substantial profit increases.

Stephanie English obtained a Bachelor's degree in Architectural Studies from the University of Pittsburgh between 2010 and 2014.
