Jake Cockerill

Jake Cockerill has had a varied career, starting in 2013 as an Office Assistant and Hospitality Crew at Baylor University. In 2014, they were an Intern at Kinsman Ventures, LLC, followed by a similar role at Lamar Advertising Company in 2015. That same year, they also worked as a Bartender/Waiter at The Elite Cafe. In 2015, they Co-Founded Wacobound, and in 2016 they were Manager of Entrepreneurship & Innovation at the Greater Waco Chamber. In 2017, they Co-Founded Waco Pedal Tours, and in 2018 they were an Account Executive at Lamar Advertising Company. Most recently, in 2021, they have been a Commercial Real Estate Agent at Kinsman Ventures, LLC, and Director of Business Development at Ownwell.

Jake Cockerill obtained a Bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship & Finance from Baylor University between 2011 and 2015. Prior to that, they attended North Kingstown High School from 2007 to 2011. In addition, Jake has obtained certifications from the Texas Real Estate Commission, the Texas Economic Development Council, and HubSpot Academy.
