Joel Carr has extensive experience in construction and estimating, having held significant roles such as Director of Preconstruction and Estimating at oWOW and Sr. Preconstruction Manager at Pankow Builders. Previous positions include Project Estimator in a contract capacity and Principle Development Engineer at UC Berkeley. Joel Carr began a career as a Construction Estimator at Overaa.
