James Ningen

James Ningen has extensive experience in the field of signals intelligence and military operations. Currently serving as Mission Commander and Sensor Operator at OWT GLOBAL, LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY since March 2020, Ningen previously worked as a Signals Intelligence Instructor at Alpha 28 from September 2018 to March 2021. Prior to this role, Ningen spent nearly a decade with the US Army, working as a SIGINT Subject Matter Expert from July 2009 to August 2018. Ningen's educational background includes training at the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center from 1990 to 1992.
