Vinay Mishra

Vinay Mishra is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in process consulting, management, and operations within both military and corporate environments. Currently serving as a Process Consultant at Oxane Partners since June 2025, Vinay specializes in change management and process standardization. Prior experience includes a role as Program Director at Marketplace Company and a significant tenure with the Indian Navy from June 2016 to December 2024, where Vinay enhanced operational efficiency and customer satisfaction through innovative online solutions and managed large-scale training and surveillance operations.
