Rich George

Rich George is the current Chief Operating Officer at OxBlue. Rich has previously held the positions of Vice President Global Supply Chain and Client Services at First Data Corporation and Vice President of Global Depot and Field Services at NCR Corporation.

George successfully turned around First Data Corporation's struggling TASQ/ Hardware Services business unit. Rich was also responsible for supply chain, hardware configuration, distribution and service supporting 1M orders annually, providing customer management, help desk services, as well as operational support to all international businesses. George rebuilt the organization and changed the culture to focus on customers, balanced metrics, employee performance and engagement.

At NCR Corporation, George managed an international ATM, POS and IT hardware/systems integration business unit with $110M P&L. Rich directed operations in 31 countries with more than 1 million contracts in North America, Asia, Europe and Australia.

Rich George has a Masters of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelors of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Iowa State University.

They work with Bryan Mattern - Co-Founder and CTO, Mindy Baker - Chief Financial Officer, and Anthony Butler - Director of Operations. Rich George reports to Chandler McCormack, CEO & co-Founder.
