Scott Korthuis

Scott Korthuis has a diverse work experience. Scott started their career at Georgia-Pacific LLC in 1982 as a Process Engineer and held this role until 1988. Scott then worked at Korvan Industries, Inc. as a Partner from 1988 to 2004. Following that, they joined Oxbo International Corporation as a Product Manager in 2004. Currently, they are the Mayor of City of Lynden, a position they have held since 2010.

Scott Korthuis has a diverse education history in the field of engineering. From 1977 to 1982, they attended Calvin University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (BSE) degree. During the same period, they also enrolled in the University of Washington, specialized in Chemical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering, obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering (BSChE) and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) respectively.
