The leadership team at Oxbotica has a wealth of experience in academia and industry. Members of the team have worked as visiting researchers at Oxford University, associate professors at QUT, senior lecturers at QUT and The University of Queensland, and BP professors of Information Engineering at the University of Oxford. They have also worked as research scientists at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, navigation engineers at Sonardyne International Ltd, and head of portfolio solutions and autonomy programme lead at XL Catlin. In addition, team members have also held positions such as UK SME & Mid Market Distribution Manager at AIG and Director at Birmingham Forward.
