T.J. Estep has extensive work experience in logistics and production planning. From 2007 to the present, they have been the Director of Logistics & Production Planning at Oxbow Calcining International LLC. In this role, they coordinate the company's domestic calcined coke production and manages supply chains for raw materials and finished products. Prior to this, from 2007 to 2017, they worked as a Transportation Manager at Oxbow Calcining International LLC, where they negotiated contracts and coordinated the movement of raw petroleum coke and finished products. Before joining Oxbow Calcining International LLC, T.J. Estep briefly worked as a Logistics Coordinator at SSM Carbon in 2007. From 2003 to 2007, they worked at Marathon Petroleum Company, first as a Supply & Logistics Coordinator and later as a Territory Sales Manager.
T.J. Estep attended The University of Toledo from 2000 to 2004, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. During their time at the university, they had a dual major in Marketing and E-Commerce.
