Roger Francoline

Roger Francoline is currently serving as the President of Oxbridge Health since January 2023. Prior to this role, at Signify Health, Roger held various leadership positions, including Executive Vice President and Vice President in the Commercial Episodes of Care division. Roger has a rich history of experience in the healthcare industry, with previous roles at Maas Global Solutions Corporation, TransEngen, Inc., Aon, HealthMarkets, Coventry Health Care, and MAMSI. Roger holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from The Catholic University of America and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Economics from Vanderbilt University.
