Jessica Razbully has had a varied work experience. Jessica started their career in 2013 as an Assistant Manager at Meers Brook Cattery. In 2015, they took on the role of General Assistant at Riverside Bowl. In 2016, they were a Senior Mentor at The Challenge. In 2017, they worked as a Customer Service Representative at Matalan. From 2019 to 2021, they were a Lived Experience Connector at NHS England, a Mental Health Mentor at Open Door Charity, and a Digital Marketing Intern at BuzzStart Academy. Currently, they are a Junior QA Engineer at Oxbury Bank Plc.

Jessica Razbully obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Fine and Studio Arts from Sheffield Hallam University between 2012 and 2015. In addition, they have obtained two certifications from the Google Digital Academy (Skillshop) and Google Digital Garage in 2021, including Google Analytics for Beginners in November and Fundamentals of Digital Marketing in September.
