Brian Ross

Brian Ross serves as the Director of Knowledge Management at Oxeon since July 2025. Previously, Brian held the position of Head of Knowledge Management (Data, Research, Systems) for Executive Talent Acquisition at Walmart from October 2021 to June 2025, where responsibilities included creating a new function for data and analytics and leading a technology transformation for the CRM platform. Brian's extensive experience at Heidrick & Struggles spanned over two decades, culminating in the role of Practice Management Director, where leadership in knowledge management and business development was paramount. Earlier career experience includes a position as a Social Studies Teacher at Bellmore-Merrick Central High School District. Educational credentials include a Master of Arts in History from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Hofstra University.
