Spencer Carrucciu

Spencer builds de novo companies at Oxeon Venture Studio. Spencer is passionate about finding solutions to big problems in healthcare – specifically those that have the ability to improve clinical outcomes while reducing healthcare costs for traditionally underserved populations.

Spencer brings extensive experience within value based care, having worked across a variety of roles and settings. Before joining Oxeon, Spencer was a Senior Advisor at the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation (CMMI), where he directed the development of new models and initiatives to improve and refine value based care. Prior to CMMI, Spencer was the Head of Data and Analytics at Cityblock Health, where he led development of the data platform and tools to support providers in delivering high-value care, and VP of Product and Analytics at Remedy Partners, where he led large-scale projects focused on bringing new products to market to drive value for health systems, providers and patients. Spencer also has previous experience as a Senior Project Manager at Montefiore Medical Center, an integrated delivery network in the Bronx.
