Luis Correia Da Silva

Luis Correia da Silva is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consulting and academia. As a Partner at Oxera Consulting LLP since November 1996, Luis has played a key role in providing expert advice in economics and finance. Previously, Luis served as a Committee Member for the ESMA Financial Innovation Standing Committee from January 2010 to January 2016 and held research positions at the University of Oxford and the University of Warwick in the early 1990s. Luis holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Economics and Finance from the University of Oxford, alongside an MBA in European Studies from Solvay Business School and a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Economics from Université libre de Bruxelles.
