Nicole R. is an accomplished competition economist with extensive experience in economic analysis and research related to competition and regulation. Currently serving as a Partner at Oxera Consulting LLP since October 2018, Nicole R. has also held roles as Principal and Senior Consultant within the same firm. Prior to this, Nicole R. worked at SEO Economisch Onderzoek from May 2010 to October 2018 as a Senior Researcher, focusing on economic analyses for cartel cases, merger investigations, and abuse of dominance issues. Nicole R. began a career in the competition field with a position as a Student Assistant at the Netherlands Competition Authority in 2009 and gained project management experience at Universiteit Utrecht. Academically, Nicole R. holds a Master’s degree in Economics - Competition and Regulation from Tilburg University, a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Utrecht School of Economics, and a PhD in Competition Economics from the University of Amsterdam.
