Boryana Rowton

Boryana Rowton has extensive experience in accounting and finance, currently serving as Associate Director, Accounting & Finance at Oxfam America since July 2015, where responsibilities include financial statement analyses and drafting interim and annual financial statements. Prior to this role, Boryana held various positions at GEX, Inc. from September 2012 to July 2015, including Accounting Team Lead, focusing on financial reporting and problem-solving utilizing the Delta Accounting Tool. Experience also includes serving as Accounting Manager at the Department of the Attorney General from February 2008 to January 2012, where key contributions were made in bank reconciliations and liaison with auditors. Earlier career included a position as Staff Accountant at Master, Ltd., focusing on general ledger entries and financial statement preparation. Boryana holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Curtin University and a Bachelor's degree in French Language and Literature from Plovdiv University.
