Soleak Seang

Soleak Seang is a seasoned communications professional currently serving as the Regional Communications Officer at Oxfam America. In addition, Soleak holds the position of General Manager at Bridge International Translation since November 2015, overseeing operations at Cambodia's leading translation company, which offers document translation services globally. Soleak's educational background includes studies at The University of Kansas and the Royal University of Phnom Penh (RUPP).
