Michael Todd

Michael Todd currently serves as Global HR Partner at the Norwegian Refugee Council since October 2023 and holds the position of Senior Human Resources Business Partner - International at Oxfam since November 2021. Previously, Michael Todd worked as Regional HR Advisor for the Middle East Regional Office at the Norwegian Refugee Council from November 2018 to November 2021, and as HR Business Partner and Regional HR Officer - MECIS at Oxfam from April 2014 to November 2018. Earlier roles include International Human Resource Executive at Oxford University Press in 2013, HR Executive for Oxfam GB focused on Latin America & Caribbean from September 2011 to January 2013, and HR Assistant at Oxford PharmaGenesis from June 2010 to March 2011. Michael Todd holds an MSc in International Human Resource Management from Oxford Brookes University and a BA (Hons) in Sports & Coaching Studies from the same institution. Education also includes an International Baccalaureate from Lincoln International School of Uganda.
