Mustafa Shaban

Mustafa Shaban, CMA, has extensive experience in finance management within humanitarian organizations and auditing. Currently serving as the Country Finance Manager at Oxfam since August 2019, Mustafa has also held the positions of Senior Finance Program Officer and Regional Finance Officer during tenure at the same organization. Prior experience includes working as a Finance Officer at INTERSOS from June 2018 to August 2019 and as a Junior Internal Auditor at BDO from January 2017 to June 2018. Mustafa holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Accounting from German Jordanian University, obtained in 2016, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from the Technical University of Applied Sciences Würzburg-Schweinfurt, completed in 2015.
