Chloe Brownlee-Chapman

Chloe Brownlee-Chapman is a skilled professional in community engagement and heritage, currently serving as the Community Engagement and Social Value Officer at Oxford Archaeology since July 2025. In this role, Chloe designs and delivers impactful engagement initiatives across infrastructure and development projects, focusing on making archaeology accessible and meaningful to diverse communities. Additionally, Chloe is a Trustee for Uncovering Roman Carlisle, where efforts center around community participation in heritage related to the Carlisle Roman Bathhouse. Chloe has held various significant positions including Chairman at Botcherby Community Association, Executive Business Support at Carlisle Cathedral, and Heritage Consultant for the Eden Arts Epona Project.
