Bryan Ford has extensive experience in the banking industry, starting with their role as a Vice President at TCF Bank (formerly Great Lakes Bank) from 1986 to 1999. Bryan then worked as a Vice President at Crestmark Bank as an Asset Based Loan Officer for four years. Following that, they joined Huntington National Bank as a Vice President and Senior Special Assets Officer from 2003 to 2007, where they managed a portfolio of criticized loans and successfully rehabilitated, exited, or liquidated $125 million in loans. In 2013, Bryan joined DWH as the Managing Director, providing clients with advanced assessment and decision-making support in business and financial advisory services. Lastly, in 2018, they joined Oxford Bank as the Senior Vice President and Business Credit Manager.

Bryan Ford attended Lincoln Consolidated High School, though the start and end years are unknown. After completing high school, they enrolled in Eastern Michigan University and graduated in 1987 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, focusing on Finance.
