Dr Ratnadeep Bansode

Dr. Ratnadeep Bansode currently serves as a Validation Specialist at OXB, a position held since September 2025. Previously, Dr. Bansode was a Senior Scientist in Formulation and Process Development at Bristol Laboratories Ltd. from September 2016 to September 2025, where responsibilities included leading the development, technology transfer, and scale-up of Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) products, as well as optimizing manufacturing processes for improved yield and cost efficiency. Prior experience at Bristol Laboratories also included a role as a Research Scientist focused on process validation and optimization for OSD products. Dr. Bansode holds a PhD in Pharmaceutics and Drug Design from the University of Bradford, where work as a technical project assistant involved co-crystal screening for solubility enhancement. Academic credentials also include a postgraduate degree in Applied Chemistry from Shivaji University and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Rajaram College, Kolhapur.
