Emma Blair has a diverse and extensive work experience in human resources and talent development. Emma is currently working as the Vice President of Human Resources at Oxford Biomedica since 2022. Prior to this, they held various roles at CPM UK from 2006 to 2022, including Head of People and Head of Talent Development, where they designed talent programs, implemented competency frameworks, and managed high potential programs. Before that, Emma worked at Absolute HR as a Consultant from 2005 to 2006, providing HR and training support to organizations like Coca-Cola and Transport for London. Emma also served as an HR Manager at Grant Thornton LLP from 2002 to 2005, where they advised senior partners on HR, recruitment, and development. Emma started their career at British American Racing F1 in 2000, setting up HR systems and managing recruitment. Emma has also held positions at British American Racing (F1) and Anchor Trust.
Emma Blair attended Nottingham Trent University from 1993 to 1996, where they obtained a Ba (Hons) degree in Social Science with a focus on Economics and Social Science. Following this, from 1998 to 2000, they furthered their education at Oxford Brookes University and completed a degree in HR, earning a CIPD qualification.
