Richard Gilmore

Richard Gilmore is a seasoned scientist with extensive experience in cell culture development and biomanufacturing processes. Currently serving as a Sr. Scientist I at Oxford Biomedica since July 2023, Richard previously held roles at Oxford Biomedica Solutions and Homology Medicines, Inc., where responsibilities included tech transfer, manufacturing process development, and innovative bioreactor automation. Richard started in the industry at Biogen, contributing to pilot scale development and instrumental analysis, and has steadily progressed through positions at Charles River Laboratories, focusing on pharmacokinetic analysis. Richard holds both a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree in Molecular Cell Biology and Biochemistry from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
