Paul Jackson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Paul began their career in 1992 as a Lecturer in Sociology at Brunel University before moving on to become a Lecturer in Management. During their time at Brunel University, they also served as a European Research Fellow at Tilburg University. After leaving Brunel University, Paul worked as a Performance Improvement Adviser at CIPFA. In 2005, they co-founded and served as a director at Insiteability, an e-Business consulting company. Paul later co-founded Third Sector Digital and served as a director there as well. Paul also held the position of Director at Big Picture Associates Ltd. Paul currently works at Oxford Brookes University, where they have held various roles, including Senior Lecturer in Information Management and Senior Lecturer & AI Consultant. Paul is currently a Principal Lecturer in Analytics, Information Systems, and Operations at the university.
Paul Jackson has a PhD in Management Studies from the University of Cambridge, which they obtained from 1989 to 1992. Prior to that, they completed an MSc in Information Management and Systems Analysis at Lancaster University from 1988 to 1989, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Analysis from 1987 to 1988, also at Lancaster University.
