Tarek Tabsh is a serial entrepreneur with over 17 years of experience in the cannabis industry. In 2021, they were appointed CEO and Chairman of Relativity Acquisition Corp, a newly organized blank check company formed to effect a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition, reorganization, share purchase or similar business combination with one or more businesses. In 2017, they co-founded Oxford Cannabinoid Technologies, a drug development company, in partnership with Oxford University, that uses 21st century technology and modern drug development standards to explore the potential of cannabinoid medication and bring pioneering treatments to the market. In 2016, they co-founded Province Brands, a technology-driven company on the cutting-edge of cannabinoid science, and also joined The ArcView Group's selection committee, a company facilitating the emergence of the legal cannabis industry. In 2016, they also joined the board of advisors for Librede, Inc., a company focusing on metabolic engineering, synthetic biology, and platform technologies that enable the creation of new therapeutic molecules. In 2015, they co-founded New Amsterdam Naturals. In 2014, they co-founded AmniosTx and HelioGrid Technologies, the latter of which culminated in an agreement to transfer all intellectual property to Chilicon Power. In 2007, they founded Natural Aid Pharmacy, a vertically-integrated operation specializing in the cultivation and retail of medical cannabis in compliance with California state law. In 2004, they co-founded OnlineFitness.

Tarek Tabsh attended Harvard John A. Paulson School of Engineering and Applied Sciences from 2014 to 2015, where they studied Advanced Innovation & Entrepreneurship. Tarek also attended Harvard Business School from 2014 to 2015, where they studied Innovation & Entrepreneurship. During this time, they were also a Special Student & Visiting Fellow at Harvard University's Graduate School of Arts & Sciences, where they studied Innovation-Driven Entrepreneurship. Tarek also attended MIT Sloan School of Management from 2014 to the present to study Technology, Innovation & Entrepreneurship. In addition, they attended Harvard Law School from 2015 to the present to study Business Organization, Commercial Law & Finance. Lastly, they attended University of California, Los Angeles to study Theirtory.
