James Baughan

James Baughan has extensive experience in community services and environmental initiatives, currently serving as a Community Services Development Officer at Oxford City Council since August 2014. Previous roles at the council include Performance & Impact Officer, Recycling Team Leader, Recycling Project Co-ordinator, and Waste Monitoring Officer, where responsibilities encompassed data analysis, service improvement, recycling promotions, and managing waste data. Prior to this, James Baughan held roles at Queen Mary University of London as an Environmental Science Course Representative and Geography Ambassador, and as a Graduate Researcher with The Careers Group, University of London, conducting national surveys on graduate employment.
