Mili Kalia

Mili Kalia is an experienced professional specializing in equality, diversity, and inclusion, currently serving as the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Manager at Oxford University Hospital's Biomedical Research Centre since August 2024, and as the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Lead at Oxford City Council since November 2022. Mili has also contributed to the University of Oxford as an Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Officer in the Department of Social Policy and Intervention from May 2022 to April 2023 and has held various roles at Oxford City Council from July 2018 to May 2022, including Senior Corporate Support Officer and Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging Project Manager. Mili's academic background includes a PhD in Sociology from the University of Virginia, an MSc in Research Methods in Sociology from the University of Oxford, and a Master of Arts in Sociology from Christ University, Bangalore.
